    Hey I'm Brandi. I'm on the path of getting back into shape. Like everyone else I have a lot on my plate and some how put myself on the back burner. I'm gradually working to improve my routine, my eating and most of all myself in this process. My progress isn't oustounding though I'd love it to be but I'm relearning life habits. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will my ideal physique. I wish you all the best of luck and all of your success dreams come true!

My Success Story
I began working out full time again on May 9th 2009. I've already lost 10lbs and want to lose another 10 along with building muscle. I want to be mean and lean again.
Now in 2012 I'm down to 124 and feeling FINE!

I'm now 40..........
sorry I had to wipe some tears there for a minute.
I'm back to working out after taking a break while dealing with a family tragedy. I find though that my mind and body craves the time not to think about problems. I enjoy the time I take to workout and feel the "high" after a great workout. I think it helps me handle my daily things much better.
I have lost 17 pounds to date. As I said in a reply in an email I feel I'm in the midst of taking...
