- I began working out full time again on May 9th 2009. I've already lost 10lbs and want to lose another 10 along with building muscle. I want to be mean and lean again.
Now in 2012 I'm down to 124 and feeling FINE!

I'm now 40..........
sorry I had to wipe some tears there for a minute.
I'm back to working out after taking a break while dealing with a family tragedy. I find though that my mind and body craves the time not to think about problems. I enjoy the time I take to workout and feel the "high" after a great workout. I think it helps me handle my daily things much better.
I have lost 17 pounds to date. As I said in a reply in an email I feel I'm in the midst of taking...
