- Cathe was the first truly advanced workout instructor I found, and I never looked back! I used to pretty much solely do Cathe workouts, but have branched out since then. I still am a huge fan - she's just a fabulous instructor and her personality shines through. I truly have FUN when I'm working out with her and the crew - they feel nearly like family.
