    Thanks Wendy, So far that's what I've been doing - just letting him do the throw up thing and then bringing him in anyway. It's the mess and the embarassment that drives me crazy, especially since I'm an instructor there now. ugh! I know he'll grow out of it, but it's been over 6 months.

    Thank you. Your idea lead me to the Oxygen Magazine which I had never read before and now I'm hooked. There is plenty of nutrition advice as well as recipes and ideas and I believe I'm getting an idea what I need more of - protein!

    interested in your workouts..

    If you're looking for 3 days of weights try the gym style series. This way you've got two days of upper body and one lower. Plus they don't consume a lot of room on the floor. Good luck.
