    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    She is like having a personal trainer in my home. I belonged to a gym for 2 years and worked the various machines. I never gained the definition that I have with Cathe using free weights. I never would have dreamed 5 years ago that I would be able to develop the muscle and strength that I have today. At 48 I am stronger and more fit than I was at 20.

My Goals

My Fitness Goals :#1 goal - not to be stuck in a rocking chair in my old age :-) #2 goal - we backpack as we travel around the world. Being able to walk 4 miles with a 30lb. pack and not collaspe when I take it off! #3 goal - be fit, inside and out.
