I've received my STS dvd's this week and weighted gloves. WooHoo, can/t wait to start. I was going to begin March 1st, but I realised I would like to be finished with mesocycle 1 before leaving fot the San Diego Road trip. So, I've decided to start on Feb 25th instead (I'll double up one day and that'll do it.

January 12th 2010, a day I am looking forward to, as it will be my last day on the P90 program (lean). I kinda started it as a way to say, I can do that stuff. My neighbor said he was going to start that program, I had never heard of it before. I asked him for a copy, which he was nice enough to do for me.
