My Success Story
I once lost 40 pounds in my early 20's after living a pretty unhealthy lifestyle. Although I'm not as strict as I once was diet-wise, I let go of alot of horrible habits and now live an overall healthier life. I eat better, exercise more and treat my body with the respect it deserves!

Huge fan of Chalene Johnson...TK Fan DVDs, Turbo Fire, and Chalene Extreme are great. I also like Amy Bento's work although much of it is too complex for my two left feet, Gilad, Gay Gasper, JB Berns and Jenelle Summers.
