- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- Cathe workouts are great because no matter how I'm feeling I know Cathe and the gang can pump me up to work hard and do my best. The workouts are so versatile because I can workout at home when I want to or I can bring the downloads to the gym or on vacation with me!
- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I bought the step in 2006 and it came with a the Basic Step DVD from Cathe. I then logged on to her website and now I have about 30 of her DVD's and the STS series. I love them!
