My Success Story
Struggle with hypothyroid, low vitamin D and tend to eat a lot of junk when I am stressed out. I love to be physically active but never had a 'plan' or routine that was flexible yet disciplined...until I started on Cathe videos and using the workout manager and dvd rotations !
