You know I figured that I would at least lose two lbs. Nada, zilch. I guess that's why the "Real" doctors put more emphasis on inches and not lbs but do you think you could get your body to just lose a few 10 maybe?

Well so far so good I have been working out on the tread today. The tread has different programs so I did the weight loss walk today. I amped it up a little because I have only been up to 4.0 on some of the programs. I amped it up one full speed so that made me end up at 5.0 in intervals. Maybe I have not been pushing myself enough. I'll try to do the stability ball, try the step aerobics again and the weights. At least if I do each for 15 minutes I have burned a lot of calories, it makes...

I just want you guys to know that you inspired me Monday. I did not get it down right away but I did get on the tread and do a sequence for 40 minutes. I felt like I wasn't keeping my word if I didn't. So you inspired me

Well, I've been trying to do a little exercising today
> I watched Cathe's Core Max and I even decided to go ahead and order it. I have been looking for her videos so why not. I don't think I have Cathe's endurance so maybe that's why I have the body I don't want. I'm going to get off the computer and go sweat for at least 40 minutes and see if that doesn't help me. Hopefully the Pooch (my belly) will start to diminish.
