    I absolutely did not mean that a bodybuilding diet is not clean. I had noticed that diets that are more "body building" focus on higher protein and usually doesn't have the same range of fruits and vegetables as a "clean eating" diet would. I was just curious as to what everyone else focused on.

    So I will be going to the beach in June and I will be finishing up my latest STS rotation in a couple of weeks. I really want to tone up my legs by trying to Rock Bottom Rotation but I also have the new Ripped with HiiT series that I want to do. Which should first? I can't decide!
