I don't know what to say other than I have achieved Nirvana spiritually by working out. My body is in good shape and my mind is occupied. I no longer waste my days on things I cannot change...rather I change what I have control over...ME!

Okay, I feel extraordinarily spazzy this am...probably because my weekend was superb. Perm looks fab...caught many fish...spent lots of time with DH and furry babies.

I have been saying this to myself ALL day long. Those of you who know me know that I am not one to whine a whole lot and I spend quite a lot of time smiling. One of the coworkers today has spent the day whining uncontrollably...ugh.

I want to remind him of the following:

1. You have a job.
2. You are well fed.
3. You have loved ones.
4. You have a roof over your head.
5. Your vehicle runs well.

Hey kids!

I know it has been forever ago but I am back!
Not much new here...the furry babies are growing like weeds. We are expecting our first snow on Saturday. I am blessed with a wonderful DH, warm house, plenty of food and clothing and I think that is super duper neato!

My dear MIL passed away last night and wanted to thank all of you for your words of encouragement over the last few months. Promise me that all of you hug and kiss those you care for today and every day. I have spent the last few months spending as much quality time as I could with dear Renie and I feel so much better for it. I made it a point to let go of the petty things and take life one day at a time with a positive attitude. It wasn't always easy but it was doable. There are not too many times...

Last night I successfully completed CC#8 without throwing up! Quite a feat!

We also played for FOUR hours with the pups and they still were up all night...UGH! I think DH and I will be glad for Zeus' first birthday!

I will admit that I didn't sleep again last night. I think gettin' old sucks! I swear I should have been exhausted last night but alas, I awoke every few hours anyway. I have cut back on the caffeine after noon and I have tried to workout...
