My Success Story
- My Success Story
- My fitness journey began in January of 1999. I began working out to support my twin sister Jean who wanted to lose weight. I set no goals and didn't even weigh myself in the beginning because I was sure that she'd quit after 2 weeks. We began doing Taebo and seeing changes immediately. After a year, my sister lost 50 pounds and I was down about 40 pounds. I have kept it off and continue to find ways to challenge myself. I started running in October of 2007 and so far have completed 11-5k's, 1-8k, 1-10k, 1-13K and 1-15K. I'm shooting for a 1/2 marathon by December of 2008!

I'm sitting here at my computer listening to the wind howl outside. My backyard is flooded and dotted with branches and leaves. When the wind blows you can actually see little white caps on the water. Swimming anyone?
