- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- Her workouts are high quality, she kicks my butt and is intensely motivating. I never thought of myself as being someone who would do, let alone enjoy exercise. (What, run??? On PURPOSE???). However, Cathe has inspired me to discover my inner athlete and enjoy new levels of energy and fitness. Thanks again, Cathe! :)
- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- Went back to college and bought a Cathe step package from Dick's Sporting goods as an inexpensive way to keep fit as buying books trumped paying gym fees. Didn't know about Cathe at the time, but Basic Step got me hooked. :-)
