    Cathe's workouts are fun, the instruction is excellent, and they get me results!!
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I found out about Cathe's workouts on the FIRM Believers forum. The descriptions were pretty intimidating, but I've been glad I tried them from the first time I popped one in the DVD player.
    When I began doing Cathe Workouts

DH thinks it's really cute how "enthusiastic" and "eager" Gracie is as she runs around the house grabbing things off the counters and tables, stealing my panties and bras out of the laundry and racing around the house, shredding the morining paper, and just generally being a silly puppy who needs her brain to grow in the rest of the way. So it's been me who took our little bundle of joy through 3 months of Obedience School and worked with her for countless hours on basic commands....
