Hi all,
I had to share some success about one of my clients. I've been training her for about six months. She didn't have any weight to lose, but really wanted to tone up. This morning I trained her again and when we were finished I went into the locker room to get ready for my own workout. Another woman who I know, but with whom I don't socialize or work, said, "That woman you were training has really come a long way since you've been working with her." We dialogued about...

Well, no training yesterday afternoon. I crashed at home! All is good. This morning was all P90X: plyo and a little cardio (only the plyo version) and then back and biceps, but I didn't get much out of the lifting part. I think Cathe just pushes me way more.
Speaking of Cathe, thanks to all that I've learned from her, I've incorporated a lot of her training with my clients. For example, I have a client who used to be a Division I track and field athlete (long jump, triple jump)....

I trained two clients this morning and got my cardio in, but I'm dragging my feet about lifting this afternoon! I have one client to train tonight, but all I want to do is go home. This is SO typical of me. My only client tomorrow morning cancelled so I have the entire morning to train myself. I'm also debating on letting one more day pass to let a slight injury to my left forearm heal, but I WANT to lift back!!! Suggestions??
Thanks for "listening",

I spent yesterday making protein bars, meals for the week, training clients, and talking to my sister and brother. I'm still sore from running intervals on Friday and then doing the entire B&G DVD (105 minutes!) yesterday. It's all good. This morning I am going to do a Gay Gaspar step DVD and maybe lift back and abs. Last weekend I got certified by AFAA to teach step and kickboxing, but I strained my left forearm. So, lifting upper body has been a challenge. I may not lift for back. We'll...

Hello all,
I've been lax in my blog lately--in fact, the entire Cathe site. My boss left this week to go back to the States. I work with the military and moving is quite common. I'm very sad about it as she was like a big sister. So much so that my farewell gift to her were all 8 Volumes of Cardio Coach. I miss her terribly and am really struggling.
My husband left yesterday for Boston for a financial planning conference. So, it's me and the two cats until 17 October. I'd love some...
