    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    Yahoo group.
    When I began doing Cathe Workouts
    I started with Imax 3 (in 2005) and almost fell through my TV because I tripped over the step, LOL! But, ever since then, I've been a Cathe fan! I love her workouts, she is AWESOME!
