I recently quit Facebook cold turkey because it was such a time-sucker. I am still blogging at FitFig.com and I hope to come back to spend more time here as well. I just wanted to post this in case any Facebook friends wondered if I'd defriended them. I did in that I left everyone all at once, but it was not a personal defriending! There's still a Fit Fig page on Facebook, but no Lainie page.
