    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    I love Cathe's intensity and enthusiasm. The variety is great and she is an excellent instructor -clear and concise and excellent cueing. it is also good to see that she has had the same "crew" for many series, it speaks well of her as a leader.
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    Through collagevideo.com; I had been looking for a more intense dvd workout after having my second child and not having time to get to the gym. Cathe's "Gym Style" seemed to be just the right thing...

My Success Story

My Success Story
After my 2nd child i lost 3" around hips, 1" around legs but 3" around bust :( best of all are the lats and delts that offset my hips, not to mention that it feels great to be strong. Now I am a size 4, and am in the best shape since boot camp (half a lifetime ago).
