- I love Cathe's intensity and enthusiasm. The variety is great and she is an excellent instructor -clear and concise and excellent cueing. it is also good to see that she has had the same "crew" for many series, it speaks well of her as a leader.

- Through collagevideo.com; I had been looking for a more intense dvd workout after having my second child and not having time to get to the gym. Cathe's "Gym Style" seemed to be just the right thing...

- After my 2nd child i lost 3" around hips, 1" around legs but 3" around bust :( best of all are the lats and delts that offset my hips, not to mention that it feels great to be strong. Now I am a size 4, and am in the best shape since boot camp (half a lifetime ago).
