I can't believe one of my DD will be 16 this weekend. I am planning a party for her. There should be around 50 people here for it. We don't have a lot of room in our house so I hope the weather is good.
I am trying to figure out what to feed them all that doesn't cost a fortune. I would like to have some special things too. Any ideas. She wants a track phone but DH says she doesn't need one. What else could I get her.
Thankfully my parents will come up a day...

Today we went on a 35 mile 2 hour bike ride. Lots of hills and wind. I am wishing I was at the State Fair like my friend Sue. I was thinking of cream puffs and corn on the cob my whole ride.
I hope I am ready for the 50 mile race we are doing in 2 weeks. Lots of hills that aren't good for tandems.
It sure is a beautiful day. It reminds me of fall which is way to short here in Wisconsin.

Today I am going on a 60 mile bike ride with my DH on the tandem. I have been doing this with him for 2 years now. I still get really nervous to do these rides. I am never sure if I'll let him down. He is a Mt. Biker and has been riding a long time. These rides are nothing to him. I only do them 1-2 a week.
I have to figure out what to eat before I go. My throat gets clogged from different foods and I haven't figured out all the foods that affect me. Most good things to keep...
