- i have totally toned up and gained so much strength since working out with cathe every day. i have great flexibility and core strength from my daily yoga practice, but i felt like my body was getting heavier and my metabolism was slowing down-- especially after i turned 40. ashtanga wasn't enough. i tried other exercise tapes and saw some results, but nothing like when i committed to working out w/cathe every day. i look forward to planning my workouts and to seeing how much stronger and leaner i continue to get with each passing day. thanks cathe!!
