started with Joyce Vedrel workouts when I quit smoking in Oct 2007 but reached a plateau and knew I needed to dial it up a notch!

My Fitness Goals :Stay healthy and fit and get into the jeans I wore before I quit smoking. I can get them on now but need to lose another 5-10 pounds to get them zipped!
