So I woke up today with the every intention of doing my best and I did for the most part. I finally got myself a kettlebell and gave it a go. I haven't exercised since Dec 17th. I think it has literally been two years since I have taken that long of a break. I think when the 17th came I had all but given up at that point. I was physicaly and mentally broken. Seems like 2009 has to be better than 2008 for me. I need to find a way to take what I have learned about losing my mom and put it to some good use. There must be a reason that this had to happen. I realize that we all die. There is no way around it but I need to find why this had to happen now and learn what mom would want me to learn from her death. I'm sure she doesn't want me to sit around and pig out like I have been doing. And I'm sure she doesn't want me to become obsessed with working out...
