    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    Cathe's workouts are incredibly challenging, and I have achieved awesome results with her workouts. Now, if I could just clean up my eating more. :-P
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I remember seeing her videos in the 90's in the stores, but was too intimidated to do them. When I finally got myself up to working out continuously and to an advanced level, I searched for her on the web to see if she was still around and if she had any step and strength training workouts available. I have not turned back since then. :-)
