- Cathe's workouts are hardcore and make you work (and sweat) like no others! They are as tough or tougher than workouts at the gym, but I much prefer working out at home.

Other Workout DVDs :
I own a lot of other workouts from Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, The Firm, Paul Katami, etc. While some of them are very good, they still don't compare to Cathe's workouts so I don't do the others as often.
