    Right click on the document and then click on SHOW GRID LINES.

    Hi Jazcam! I ever! I also love the Lauren Brooks DVD. My newest favorites are "The Kettlebell Way" DVDs, which you can get at Beacon Fitness: The workouts are challenging and fun.

    I also have the "Art of Strength" DVDs, which I like, but not as much as Lauren or "The KB Way".

    If you end up getting new DVDs I'd love to hear your thoughts! Hope that helps!

    Hey how's it going? I went on over to HKFlix and I bought three films. They are contemporary films from the 'Girls with Guns' genre. I bought, 'Book of Heroes' (my first Yukari Oshima film...this girl kicked butt!), a newer film called 'Chocolate' my friend loved it and he is now in love with the female lead :-) and I bought an older one called 'Fox Hunter' with Jade Leung. What have you bought lately?

Blitzing Your bod! by Tosca Reno

I have a problem area my core. When I look in the mirror I see my tummy first and then the rest of my body.

I found this article by tosca in Nov 2009 Oxygen Magazine. She recommends during the winter months to take one day to train the problem area. she calls it "specialized training which will elevate tone and shape of lacking body part". The rest of my body will stay tone, if I eat right, with normal workouts.

Master Your Metabolism
Limit all sugars to 12-15 tsp per day
Watch out for hidden sugars, such as in salad dressing, protein bars, English muffins, bread, chocolate milk
Aspartame (NutraSweet) is an excitotoxin which is a chemical that may cause permanent damage to the brain appetite center
Avoid all soda with sodium benzoate or potassium benzoate…a carcinogen
Buy organic items that you eat often
Buy organic store brands to save money

High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)…most evil grain and this is why Americans are so fat. Women who eat fructose instead of glucose (table sugar) had higher levels of ghrelin levels throughout the day. HfCS increases our fat storing hormones and it tricks our bodies into not releasing insulin and leptin, which are the 2 hormones your body releases when you are done eating and fill full. When you eat HfCS you will want to eat more and more.
What about artificial sweeteners???

Jillian wrote anything that throws your hormones out of wack will cause you to yo-yo up and down with your weight.

Some people think that they have a bad metabolism that why they can’t lose weight but it’s your out of wick hormones which is causing the weight gain.

Many factors play into hormone imbalance
1.endocrine disruptors, anything that mimics a hormone will block the real hormone from working an example would be the plastic food containers or cups.
