- Bought a VHF tape at at second hand store. It was a Cathe tape "Maximum Intensity Cardio". Since then, I've been a Cathe fan for life.

To activate a dry starter, use 1/2 t. of the starter and 1 T. of tepid water. Let it reconstitute for about an hour, then add to it, 1 T. of tepid water and 1 T. of flour. Wait 24 hours. Now you can make more starter.
For more starter, add to the above starter 1/4 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of tepid water this will be 166% hydration.
After 12 hours or the next day, add to this, 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of tepid water.
