    Hi Janie,

    I just read your request for a body builder rotation and was inspired by your story. I turn
    55 this year and am recovering from an injury and wondering if I will be able to return to exercise. Thanks for sharing your goals. Your courage to take on such a rotation gives me hope that I might be able to get there, too. Thanks!

    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    Bought a VHF tape at at second hand store. It was a Cathe tape "Maximum Intensity Cardio". Since then, I've been a Cathe fan for life.
