    She's challenging. So many home workout videos aren't hard enough, are cheesy, and don't have a repeat factor. Hers just rock.
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    My mom bought the small home step and I watched the copy of All Step that came with it. I loved it and went out and bought my first full size step
