- I like the energy. She is not over the top and doesn't make me feel like she has had 7 energy drinks that morning. She is natural and in her element and always inspiring me to want to be stronger.

- About 5 or 6 years ago, I don't even know...I quit smoking and of course put on a few pounds. Since I started smoking when I was 15 I had never had that much endurance. I was never an athlete.
I started going to a local jog park and started slow and worked my way up. The first day I completed the mile jogging was like the first day of the rest of my life. Something that I thought I would never do. I am proud of how far I have come and I know I can be better.
