Okay, so I'm going to start a new STS rotation today, hopefully I can through it without stopping this time. Hoping to run tonight at runner's den, first time since my broken ankle.
Will check in tomorrow.

Well, apparently I'm gaining weight faster than a speeding bullet! I'm up to 170, almost back to the weight I was six years ago.
I'm back to my running group, but haven't started to run yet, as I just got my cast off a couple weeks ago. I am walking for now, but hope to get back to running soon.
I started a new HIIT workout today, hoping to do it every day, it's 20 minutes and gets me sweating. I followed that with Basic Step. Starting to get the hang of that step routine, increased...

Had a great walk through Harrison Park, up nine bends, back down Moore's Hill. 5.25 miles total, felt really good since I haven't been able to run or walk since June 27.
Blistered the bottoms of my feet, and my left achilles is a little tight, but this is to be expected. Hamstrings really felt it, but that was a good feeling. Hopefully the xray will be good tomorrow and I am back on track.
I think I've gained 10 lbs. since my broken ankle, anxious to get back to working out full time....

Did my third upper body workout today, feels good so far. I think this should work pretty good for the next month.
I might try swimming next week while I'm on vacation.

Doc told me after my xray that I need to wear this aircast for another four weeks. I'm getting so restless not being able to run or bike or even walk.
Starting an STS rotation, the first month will be all upper body, I'm going to try to do four upper body workout per week.
week 1: disc 1, disc 2, disc 1, disc 2
week 2: disc 3, disc 4, disc 3, disc 4
after a month of this, my upper body should be awesome!
