    Hi Lisa! Just saw that you signed up for the Daytona RT. SO wish I was going to that one. It would have been great to meet IRL. I still think of you girls from the 40's check-in even though I've been in the 50's for a while now. .Have a blast. I'll be looking for you in the pics.

    Looking good there. Like the pics. I don't mind entering foods if I have someone making the choices for me on what to eat all the time. I even have to choose the meals for my boyfriend. YUCK!

    Do you use the nutriton program/package with this site. I hate finding foods to eat and have a terrible time as to what to eat. I've taken to doing a protein drink everyday. Just to get to the 1200 cal a day

It's official. My DH and I are now the lead generation since the last living grandparent of my kids passed away yesterday.

It's a odd feeling. I haven't read anything about how you feel when all grandparents are gone and you are the oldest generation.

I'm sitting here wasting time (a favorite thing to do at cathenation.com) waiting for my DS to get home so we can go eat.

I promised to take them to On The Border before my oldest DS goes back to college. I've never been to On the Border before but I hope I can make some rational food choices even though it's Mexican food and I'm very hungry.

I don't want to undo all the work this past week. I lost 3 lbs watching my nutrition with Cathe. I'm so close to my goal...

It’s just a number, right?

I started thinking about age as I start to enter my mid-40’s in less than a month.

One birthday that stands out is when I turned 32. I remember being so proud of that for some reason, mainly because I remember reading that men enter their prime at 18 and women at 32. My cat has some internal clock, how does she know it's 6 am? Every single morning, meow, to be fed. And her meow isn't just a little meow, it's a siamese meow. It goes right through you sometimes.

Anyway, it never fails at 6 am (give or take 10 min) there she is meowing to be fed. I haven't used an alarm clock in 19 yrs. First it was the babies that would wake me, then for the last 15 yrs, the cat!
