    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    I can get a good workout with every DVD I own of Cathe's. I have NEVER felt like I wasted my money.
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I was working as a fitness instructor and one of my co-workers gave me what I think is Cathe's first video produced by Stepn'Motion that featured Cathe, Cedie and Cathe's sister. I was hooked and have been using them ever since.
