- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I was looking for something a little more advance than what I was doing. Found College Video and started watching clips till I found what I was looking for.

- I started out at 387lbs I am 5'1.5" I now weigh in at 260lbs. I started by gradually changing my eating lifestyle(not just some quick fix diet)and I began using Leslie Sansone's walk video's and then joined the YMCA. I lost 127lbs now with out pills, surgery or quick fix diet. I had to hit rock bottom and make some lasting changes.
I just found Cathe I was looking for something more than what I have been doing. I can do all the DVDs I currently have and they are now too easy. Where as when I first started they were too hard.. so it's time to bump to the next level.
