    When I used to workout with Gilad, they had an ad for Collage Video, and I found Cathe there.

    Oh my, I don't remember, but I think it was from her 2nd video on.

My Success Story

My Success Story
I don't know that I have a success story. I guess losing all the weight from both pregnancies is my success story. My struggle has never been with weight, but with food. And in particular sugar, which has been my drug of choice since I was a child. If I can beat that, then that will be a true success story. But, for now, I'll leave the truly inspirational stories to others out there who deserve it!

Hey! Back from huckleberry heaven. We got 5.5 gallons!! It completely rejuvenated me. I'm feeling a lot better than I did. Yesterday I started 4DS for the first time, and LOVED IT! It was the first day I worked out in such a long time, and it felt great. My goal this week is to workout 6 days, and to get my eating slowly back on track. Baby steps.

Feel better today about all the negative stuff. Yesterday I wrote this fake "letter" to my dad telling him exactly how I feel, and that felt really good to get all those emotions out instead of bottling them up, even if I never let him read the letter.

Tomorrow we're going on a camping trip in the mountains to pick huckleberries. I'm excited, except the only thing is that last year there was NO bathroom nearby, which means EVERYTHING is done outside! Pooping...

ugg. A cloudy day today, which means I feel like crap. May as well be cloudy - it goes along with my mood. Let me just get it out:

Am not really in a good place emotionally lately, and thought I needed to start my own blog. Don't know exactly how this works, since I've never had one before, but for now I'll just talk.
