    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    They are hard, kick butt workouts. They are also very safe! and based on exercise science principles. Some of the other (non-Cathe) videos are scary as far as how unsafe they are for the user!
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    Fit TV - I saw her show on FIT TV which led me to search her out on the web

This was tough! I only did the standing portion and that was a killer! The deadlifts hurt my back so I need to do some research on how to prevent this, so I skipped those.

I was surprised at how high my heart rate was, averaged 140 for 35 minutes. I had a bad day with a very negative boss so I need this. I think I handled the negativity pretty well because of my weight training session yesterday.

When I awoke this morning I could feel every muscle in my back!...

I have been eagerly awaiting my second weight training workout. Sunday was full body so I had to wait to do another Cathe weight training DVD again. I have been very sore and it feels wonderful! Everything hurt in a good way. Especially my butt. I could barely move this morning because I was so sore. But I did 1/2 hour on the treadmill and I felt great!

Today was Back, Shoulders and Biceps. I managed to incorporate my G7 so that made me glad I had bought it and helped when I am between...

Today I completed the entire Hi Step Challenge! I surprised myself. I was grunting through part of it, but I felt fantastic afterwards. The interesting thing is the effect that it has on my appetite - no nervous snacking! And tonight when I was tempted to have a glass of chocolate milk before I turned it, I skipped it!

I had an A HA moment. It is hard to abuse your body when you are truly in touch with it. I fell out of touch with mine and for me that is a root cause. Being more...

I just bought a laptop and found this new Cathe site! Time for a new start. Most of my life I have been fit and healthy. Now at 51 , I am not very healthy: overweight, lost my muscle, high cholestol, high blood sugar and my liver is "fatty"!

My life has been one adventure after another and that is how I see this time in my life. I have lots of the Cathe DVDs - I prefer to do cardio on machines or outdoors (walk, bike, nordic walk, snow shoe, hike, etc.)
