I've been a mess the past couple weeks. I had about 10 days of eating healthfully, exercise, and emotional togetherness- and it was wonderful. Then it fell apart, I fell apart. I've been stressed out about money...and that makes everything else in my life look dim. On top of that I was given a HUGE project at work that took a lot out of me. I finished it Saturday afternoon and feel a great sense of accomplishment, and I know it was good for my potential ladder climb with the company. It just came...

Another working Sunday for me...it's been so quiet and boring at work. It's not all bad, though, so I'm really NOT complaining! 
I think I finally figured out how to get my head screwed on straight again and be able to focus on my fitness goals. Get enough sleep consistently! I work 4 ten hour shifts that start at 7am. I'm a night owl, it's in my blood, and so it's incredibly difficult to get myself to get to sleep by 9ish. It's something that I'm going to HAVE to do, though. Getting...

I'm having lots of fun today exploring and playing in CatheNation. The new site has got me excited about working out and taking better care of myself. I really needed the push in the right direction.
I did HIS for the first time today. I feel like I've told everyone I know because I've typed so much about it today.
I really had fun with it, though my knees are talking to me a bit. I even did the whole thing without the step. I'll have to take out even more impact next time...which...

I've never had a blog before...not sure exactly what to make of the opportunity. I wonder if anyone or how many anyones would read what I write...?
I'm very groggy...a slow Friday afternoon at work for me. Always a half good and half bad thing.
So, we'll see where this blogs leads. Maybe it'll be a place to journal and get some feedback...or maybe it'll just be musings.
