    Good Morning Everyone, Today I did a mix of 2.0 #2 for upper body. I pared it down a bit so it was about 50 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of Boho B. pilates (so tough I collapsed, many times). Toe is soooo purple. Very interesting to see healing happening. Great to see most of us checking in...
