Good Thursday Morning Everyone,
Today I did a Boho Beautiful Yoga/pilates workout for 53 minutes. It was more yoga than pilates. My toe was mildly re-injured doing Cathe's cardio the other day due to shoe pressure so I need to just keep my feet free for a few days.

Today I did a mix of about 30 minutes of Cathe Live Circuit workout. My toe is still bothering me so I stopped midway through the 5th of 6 circuits. I added on 17 minutes of Hoco instead. I hope y'all have a wonderful day!!!

Today I did a mix of Xtrain legs - standing portion only - its about 30 minutes. I added on a 20 minute Boho B. pilates workout. Now, time to do to my own stretch.

Today I did a mix of 2.0 #2 for upper body. I pared it down a bit so it was about 50 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of Boho B. pilates (so tough I collapsed, many times). Toe is soooo purple. Very interesting to see healing happening.

I am taking a rest day today. I dropped my phone on my toe yesterday and it's now very sore and bruised up. I did a short stretch and a 20 minute Boho B. for flexibility yoga workout instead. Have a great day everyone!!!

Today I did a mix of ICE LIS - the first part = 24 minutes. I added on 20 minutes of Boho B. Pilates (2 separate 10 minute practices).

Today I did a mix of Cathe Live Lift it Split it back and biceps (I didn't do deadlifts so shaved off some time). I added on a tough Boho Beautiful pilates workout for 10 minutes.
