My Goals

My Fitness Goals :When my beautiful son, Billy, was in the hospital, I started losing weight, until, after two months, I had lost about 30 pounds. I wasn't even working out, and I still lost; I think it is called the Stress Diet, and I don't recommend it for anybody.
