    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    Cathe is the ultimate, the quintissential instructor. No one does what she does as well as she does. She inspires, takes me to my edge with a smile so I almost don't feel the pain and fatique of trying to keep up with her incredible endurance and dead on footwork and cuing. She can get this lanky, clumsy woman to go the distance until I am lying on the floor in a pool of sweat, in the guise of basking int he wonder she is. In truth I am sneakily resting until I find the strength drag my bod up and get moving again.

My Success Story

My Success Story
If my workout life can be described in peaks and valleys, I am in the valley, working my way back up. I always do. =) Still true but faced the biggest challenge so far when my husband succumbed to alcoholism and pain killer addiction and died at 52. I am rebuilding my life. The old one is gone and the new one is still a little scary. I am studying to be a Medical Assistant. I am an excellent student and I enjoy using my brain again.

I have a number of Ashtanga and Power yoga DVD's but use Cathe cardio and strength work exclusively. I have the privlige of attending truly wonderful Anusara yoga classes here in Tucson.
