- My Success Story
- I used to view exercise as a "chore" that must be done. Mainly for weight loss. It became an addiction, but in a bad way. My success is in finally finding that exercise can be fun and should be fun. I even got my 61 year-old mother working out to Cathe now for the past five years! It's a blast to share our love for Cathe with each other.
