I saw an old issue of "Ladies Home Journal" and on the cover were all sorts of headlines for dieting and losing weight.....and then a headline for Paula Dean recipes. In other words, slim down, lose weight, and cook yo'self up some disgusting fatty gross arse recipes. I cannot stand that woman...the Fran Drescher of the south with her self affected nasally y'alls every fifteen seconds. Not even hillbilly Mississippi rednecks with cajun blood say y'all that much...I know....they used...

I get mine with non fat milk and I get 26grams of protein and a REAL banana In my quest to scarf down appropriate quantities of protein throughout the day the the pretentiously named "Vivanno" provides a nice change of pace. If you have a registered Starbucks card you can pick yourself up a free Vivanno today and tomorrow too.

I am scarfing down little meals every two hours or so and I still can't get more than about 100/150 grams of protein of the 200 I am supposed to get into me every day (and I am using protein powders even though all wise PT tends to discourage it). I recall Hilary Swank, during preparation for Million Dollar Baby, was actually getting up in the middle of the night to suck down more egg whites. I feel her pain. I'm doomed.....
