    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    At the beginning I would simply have said that her workouts are ultra challenging yet have a fun factor. Now that i've met Cathe my love of her workouts is deeper because i know that she is as genuine (and adorable) as she seems on screen! :)
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I found Cathe on Fit TV. After a couple of workouts I was completely hooked!
