    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    Cathe is pure fun...only Cathe can get me going evn when I am huffing and puffing and feel like I cant go...She knows just how to push that last ounce of umph, that you never knew you had! She is fabulous!
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I remember very clearly, I had seen her IMAX 2 routine on Fittv, and I was just excited and motivated to work! And then and there, I said I wanna to emulate!
    When I began doing Cathe Workouts
    I started in October 2004 and I have been hooked since
