- They all make me feel like I've worked out! Almost all of them are really super fun. Power Hour is not my favorite..alas, a great workout.
- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- Fit TV had pyramid lower body on one day. I had a wide range of dumbbells in the house and two steps to stack for leg press. I hurt so much the next day that I decided Cathe was the ultimate in fitness...and I want to get through every single workout that much more!
