    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    They all make me feel like I've worked out! Almost all of them are really super fun. Power Hour is not my favorite..alas, a great workout.
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    Fit TV had pyramid lower body on one day. I had a wide range of dumbbells in the house and two steps to stack for leg press. I hurt so much the next day that I decided Cathe was the ultimate in fitness...and I want to get through every single workout that much more!

My Success Story
When I was 18 I weighed over 250 lbs. I managed to lose much of it the wrong way by starving and over training. 10 years later with the discovery of cleanish eating and hardcore weight training, I'm in probably the best shape ever.

My Fitness Goals :I want to be Cathe! Honestly, I'm looking to maintain my 120 lb. weight loss and beef up on my muscle mass. My job requires a lot of upper body strength, so I'm working on that too.
