    Ha Ha I stayed awake. We went to see Dark Knight. It was GREAT!!! Heath was scary but very good. And we enjoyed the rest of our evening also.
    And guess what I did today!
    I did a leg & ab premix from B&G AND after lunch - I did a KPC Circuit.

    Tomorrow my hubby is having back surgery. I hope this alleviates all the pain he has endured.
    Everything will be all right.

I am so excited the Olympics are finally here. I always get so inspired by all the athletes. As I watch it, I find myself throwing on my shoes and join Cathe in stepping or something aerobically.
My favorite sport would have to be either track or gymnastics!! I cant pick just one!!
