- She doesn't let me slack even when I go into a workout thinking "ummmm - think I'm gonna slack just a bit today". Ya right - put in a Cathe workout and just see if you can slack! *lol*
- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I bought my first workout "AllStep" on ebay. I hated it at first b/c Cathe flies by one part saying "you all know this part". *lol* But, after I got the choreo down, I was hooked and have steadily added Cathe workouts to my life.
