- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I bought the small step about 5 years ago and low and behold there was the "Step" DVD that came with it. I wasn't interested in that at that time, I was using the step to do calf raises. Decided one day what the heck I'll try out the dvd and I've been hooked since!!!
