Im on my second week of the Getting Started rotation. I had Upper Body yesterday. I really enjoyed it. I think I irritated my wrist last week doing the biceps portion of the workout so I was unable to do the last segment of the workout with the burpee jacks. I cant wait to get home and do...
I did this one last night. It was a bit fast for me but I just went at my own pace. I loved it though. Short and sweet! My legs are very short so I will have to work on getting over the mat faster. I couldnt do the "surpees" at all. I will practice those this week.
