- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- I have worked out for the past 25 + yrs and have NEVER come across an instructor as challenging as Cathe. I thought that starting her workouts would be a great new adventure to help spice up my routines! I had a quick wake up call (and was left w/a bruised ego) when I attempted to follow along with her on one of her extreme series! I will be starting at the BEGINNING, and working my way up...lol
- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I found out about Cathe by channel surfing and came across her show on fitTV. I got immediately hooked because her routines are challenging, FLOWING and she instructs her class in a manner that is easy to follow and listen to! Also, she has good taste in the music which makes it all the more enjoyable!
- When I began doing Cathe Workouts
- Hubby bought me my 1st basic step (it came with the cardio step) this past weekend and I tried it out and loved it! although it will take me a few tries to get the hang of it, I will enjoy the challenge!
- Interests
- I Love Boating,camping,snowmobiling, Bonfires and just hanging out with good friends and family!
