My Success Story

My Success Story
I am a recovering restrictive eater/purger. I would hardly eat anything and then considered it a binge and then purged. I am now learning that to be healthy my body needs food all day long. I have learned so much from many of you here. I am still a story in progress. Some days are harder than others with eating but I know I want a healthy body. That includes excercise and eating healthy.
