My Success Story
I'm only 5 feet tall and when I started my fitness journey I weighed in at about 170 and was a size 16. During college and after I was about a size 10 which was fine. I gained most of my weight in about a two year span. After going for an annual check up and being told I was in danger of having all kinds of health issues because of my excess weight I got serious about losing the weight. After a few years of diligent exercise and eating clean I reached my goal weight. Now I'm maintaning my 110 pound size 2 body. I'm the best shape of my life.

Today I'm going to start blogging to try help get myself back on track. I have been emotionally eating at night after dinner and it is totally derailing my success. My journey started awhile back after going to the doctor and being told my blood pressure was high. I realized then and there that something had to change. My highest weight was 185 and at 5'0 tall that was BAD!! I started doing videos at home and it changed my life. A good weight for me is about 105 and I currently weigh 110. ...
